Mark and France have been working as a team both in and out of real estate for over 15 years. Whether it is watching their two children at the ball fields, working out together at the gym, or having dinner with friends; teamwork has been their framework for getting the most out of their lives together.

But, if teamwork has been their framework… real estate has been their passion. Mark and France have been successful investors for over 18 years. They have owned and operated a real estate development company, invested in real estate all over the country, and are now a successful real estate sales team in the southwest Austin real estate market.

Mark brings unparalleled determination and motivation to every transaction. As a former Navy SEAL and police officer, he has learned perseverance, honor and integrity; undoubtedly a valuable asset helping him to serve the Dripping Springs / Austin area and be a competitive force in the southwest Austin real estate market today. While having just one conversation with Mark, you will hear his knowledge of the market and the financial components that go into every transaction.

France brings a warmth and genuine love for working with people. Through her masters in social work she is a skilled negotiator, communicator, and advocate. France understands how to interact with clients, in a way that helps minimize stress during the course of the transaction, while identifying their unique needs. She understands that buying and selling real estate can be a stressful experience and actively seeks out ways to make it less of an ordeal and more of an enjoyable adventure that can be looked back on with fond memories.

When they are not out helping their clients they are generally involved in various community organizations and events. These include the Parent Teacher Association, Girl Scouts of America, Dripping Springs Youth Sports Association (DSYSA), and work with the Dripping Springs Independent School District.
